What an exciting Sunday we had this past weekend! We kicked off our first ever church wide March Madness theme with a bang, and boy, was it a lot of fun!
In preschool (3-5 years), we got to go downstairs and join the elementary kids! We danced and sang songs with them, watched a skit, and we even got to see a short video. It was a blast! Afterward, we went back to our room and made a cool bookmark. We talked even more about how God wants us to give Him our best in every situation. It’s just like it says in Ecclesiastes 9:10: “Whatever you do, do well.” We put that on our bookmarks as a reminder to ourselves and to others.
Family Fun: Have you ever had that feeling, deep inside, where you just want to goof off and be silly? Throw all your cares to the wind and let loose? Well, Tuesday, March 22nd is National Goof Off Day! So, here’s your chance! Grab your family and have a whole day of silliness. Talk in funny accents, share gut-busting jokes, make a silly meal (peanut butter pickle sandwiches, anyone?), or play a goofy game! It doesn’t matter what you do, just have fun with it! After all, your family will love you no matter how goofy you are!
