Higher Spirit

Higher Spirit is a cheer camp offered by Prairie Heights for children in grades K-5.  During each session, the girls will learn new skills such as hand and arm movements, cheers, stunts, and dance.  They also emphasize the elements of cheerleading: spirit, teamwork, trust and friendship. In addition, character lessons from the Bible will be discussed for 10 minutes each session to explain how those same elements necessary for cheerleading are need in living for God.

The cost of the camp is $40 and includes a t-Shirt, medal, 4 one-hour sessions, and a performance where they can showcase their talent! The performance takes place at Prairie Heights Community Church on Sunday. Prairie Heights meets at the Fargodome on Sunday mornings at 9:30am and 11:00am.

There are two groups. Group A is for girls in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Group B is for girls in 3rd through 5th grade. Check back for information on the next camp.
